How do I join auxiliary?
Auxiliary auditions are scheduled each spring, usually in the month of April, for young ladies who are current students and have a minimum GPA of 2.3 or are awaiting acceptance from the university. These are collegiate level teams where basic dance techniques (splits, toe touches, pirouettes, etc.) and basic flag work (drop spins, figure 8’s, speed toss, etc.) are not taught. Instead we ask that you are already familiar with these skills. It is also important to note that while there are no height and weight requirements, it is imperative that you are in physically fit shape and toned.
